With more than 30 years of experience, Todd provides Master Builder leadership from early planning through completion—aligning design, budget, constructability, engineering, and construction around one vision while maintaining personal accountability throughout the project.
Dana serves as a trusted advocate throughout the process, guiding clients with clarity, care, and creativity while helping them navigate important decisions and ensuring each home reflects the family’s vision and lifestyle.
Ryder manages the day-to-day execution of each home, coordinating trade partners, schedules, site operations, and quality control. Working closely with Todd, he helps ensure the plans, specifications, and expectations established during preconstruction are carried through in the field.

Sweaney Custom Homes uses a cloud-based project management system to keep change requests, pricing, approvals, and change orders organized and accessible in one place. This gives you clear visibility into each proposed change and its cost before you approve it, helping eliminate misunderstandings and unexpected surprises.
When a change is requested, our team coordinates the details with the appropriate architects, designers, engineers, trade partners, and suppliers to understand how it may affect cost, schedule, materials, and related work. Once approved, the change is documented and communicated to the appropriate team members so it can be incorporated into the project as intended.
