TRUSTED VOICES. LASTING RELATIONSHIPS.

We recently had an en suite guest bathroom added to our home in San Luis Bay Estates, and the finished space turned out beautifully. It blends so naturally with the existing home that it feels like it was always part of the original design, rather than a later addition. We especially love the seamless transition from the bathroom floor into the shower, which gives the space a clean, open feel and beautifully highlights the stonework. We absolutely love how everything turned out and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and craftsmanship. We highly recommend Sweaney Custom Homes to anyone considering a remodel or addition. They do an incredible job and deliver truly beautiful results!Read More

Todd Sweaney is a true master builder, with more than 30 years of experience designing and building custom homes in Bakersfield. What sets him apart is the extraordinary thought and care he puts into every detail, from construction processes to the people doing the work. I saw this firsthand in 2005, when Todd became one of our earliest customers at Procore, then a tiny startup called SitePro. Rather than simply using our software, he insisted on understanding it from the perspective of every person on his team. His suggestions over the years reflected a builder who cared deeply about efficiency, craftsmanship, and the people working for him. In fact, we developed several features specifica...Read More

I am a construction loan lender who provides financing to clients wanting to build or renovate a home. Todd was able to step in and help a client who was in need of some special circumstances. As the lender reviewing the project documentation, I and the head of our construction department were very impressed at the professional quality and thoroughness of the project documentation provided to build this home. It made the review process go very quickly, which is a benefit to the customer who is having the home built. Todd has been very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to a successful build with our mutual client.Read More
